You can coordinate meetings, and respond to GatherGrid invitations on the go from the new Palm Pre smartphone released today. The Palm Pre’s browser displays GatherGrid perfectly and enables you to create and coordinate meetings, suggest times, and invite people quickly and easily.
To use GatherGrid, FREE, click the “Web” button on your Pre, and go to http://gathergrid.com
To reply to a GatherGrid meeting using your Pre, simply click the invitation link in your email and it will open up a response page.

Here’s how it works: name your event, select your open days/times in the grid, email your friends or send them the direct link, the attendees select which days/times work for them and then you confirm the event.
